This site is for the explicit use of subcontractors and vendors (Bidders) who have been invited by Force to participate in the development of pricing of the work shown on the documents contained herein. The Bidders shall not provide any other third-party with the information contained in the site with the exception of those third-parties who will assist with the development of the Bidder's pricing to be tendered specifically to Force. The Bidders shall not provide any other third-party with any information required to access the documents contained in this site.

Unauthorized access to these documents is strictly prohibited.

Instructions for Use
The invitation to provide pricing included a Project Number. You will enter this Project Number upon your acknowledgement and acceptance of the Terms of Use of this site. When the correct Project Number has been entered, the project documents will be made available for your use.
